  3. Saratoga RaceWay v3.2B publically released

  7. Incorporated several compatibility fixes into the previous version, as a
  8. result of Technical Support feedback over the past year.. Most notable 
  9. were fixes to the interpretation of DOOR.SYS created by WWIV, Remote 
  10. Access and RoboFX. DOOR.SYS and DORINFO1.DEF Files are now converted to
  11. all CAPS, for universal compatibility, and line 1 of DOOR.SYS is used even 
  12. in various formats produced by different BBS software.

  14. Visible changes are minor. Concentration was 90% in the area of wider
  15. compatibility with more BBS software, and multi-node concurrent operation.

  17. Saratoga Raceway now not only supports multi-node, but concurrent play 
  18. on multiple nodes as well, where before the second user to enter was denied 
  19. access until user 1 exited the game.

  21. Found a rare corrupted variable problem in the compiler we were using. This 
  22. only affects the multi-node/multi-tasked BBS's, but could be significant
  23. in some cases. We conducted almost a full Game re-write to get around this
  24. unfortunate problem.

  26. Added Speed Adjustment for those who may not be 100% happy with the running
  27. speed of the horses. This is now LINE 5, of the .CFG Files and is in a 
  28. range of 0 through 50. 0 = Fastest Racing Speed (Not recommended) and 50
  29. is the slowest. The default as shown in the .CFG file, is 25 (mid-range).
  30. If you want to speed up your races, reduce this number. If in your view,
  31. the game runs too fast, increase the number on line 5 of the .CFG File(s).

  33. Older SARATOGA.CFG Files are obsolete. Please use only the new format 
  34. as included herein.
